Find Them: Logic & Calm Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This policy explains how Z & E Technologies Incorporated ("we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Find Them: Logic & Calm. The same app may appear as Find & Calm on your device. The app automatically creates a player account; no email address or password is required to play.
2. Information We Process
- Account and device information: an automatically generated player and installation identifier, platform, device model, operating system, app version and build, language, time zone, and virtual-device status.
- Player profile: nickname, selected built-in avatar, player number, coins, medals, hints, and auto-find boosters.
- Gameplay information: animal collections and unlocks, level progress, marks, moves, completion times, mistakes, saved game state, rewards, and tournament results.
- Purchase information: product and transaction identifiers, purchase environment, and fulfillment status. Apple processes payments; we do not receive payment card details.
- Usage and diagnostics: feature interactions, app and device information, crash logs, stack traces, performance data, and technical error context.
- Advertising and consent information: when ads are enabled, Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform may process ad requests, impressions, clicks and video views, consent choices, IP address and approximate location derived from it, app and device identifiers, performance data, and advertising diagnostics. We also record ad placement and outcomes, estimated ad revenue and currency, and rewarded-ad fulfillment records linked to your player account.
- Approximate region: Google Analytics for Firebase may estimate your approximate country, region, or city from connection information such as your IP address for usage statistics. The app does not request location permission or collect precise GPS location.
- Notifications: notification permission status and, if notifications are enabled, a Firebase Cloud Messaging device token, language, time zone, recent activity, delivery results, and notification-opening events.
3. How We Use Information
We use this information to create and recover accounts, synchronize progress, operate levels and tournaments, record animal collections, deliver rewards and medal images, fulfill purchases, understand how game features are used, diagnose problems, prevent duplicate transactions and abuse, and maintain service security.
When ads are enabled, we also use information to serve and measure ads, apply your advertising consent choices, diagnose ad failures, prevent invalid ad traffic, and deliver rewarded-ad boosters or restored chances without duplicate grants.
If you allow notifications, we may send optional game reminders and invitations to return to the game. We use your language, time zone, recent activity, and notification settings to manage delivery, and delivery and opening events to evaluate these reminders. You can control notifications in the app's Settings and in iOS Settings. Declining notifications does not prevent you from playing.
4. Sharing and Service Providers
Apple processes in-app payments. Our infrastructure providers support account, gameplay, and purchase services. Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging process usage, approximate-region, diagnostic, and notification-delivery information as described above. Player and installation identifiers can link this information to the same account or device. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
iOS versions with advertising enabled use Google AdMob for interstitial ads when continuing to the next level and optional rewarded ads that grant hints, auto-find boosters, or three more chances on the current puzzle. When you choose to restore three chances, the app tries a rewarded ad first; earning that reward does not spend coins. Only when the ad is unavailable does the app offer a separate coin confirmation, and coins are spent only after you confirm. Cancelling or not completing an ad does not automatically spend coins. Google User Messaging Platform manages applicable advertising consent choices. Ad requests depend on the consent status returned by that service. Analytics and crash reporting are enabled in the current app; notification permission controls notifications, not analytics collection. Advertising consent choices do not turn off the app's separate analytics, crash reporting, or notification services.
5. Retention and Account Deletion
You can choose Settings → Delete Account. This disables the current account, stops its push notifications, and resets locally stored player data. The disabled account can no longer be used. When you start again, a new anonymous player account is created.
This action does not automatically erase all server-side records. Account and device associations, gameplay and collection records, medals, tournament records, purchase records, advertising and rewarded-ad fulfillment records, and previously collected usage and diagnostic information may remain stored. The current account-deletion process does not set an automatic erasure deadline for these retained records. For questions or requests about retained information, contact us using the details below.
6. Children, Security, and Your Choices
We do not knowingly collect unnecessary personal information from children. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. You can edit your nickname and avatar, control notifications, sound, and haptics, or delete your account from Settings.
Where available, use Settings → Ad privacy options to review or change your advertising consent choices.

启用广告时，我们还使用相关信息投放和衡量广告、遵守你的广告同意选择、诊断广告故障、防止无效广告流量，以及发放激励广告道具或恢复机会并避免重复发放。
如果允许通知，你可能收到可选的游戏提醒以及邀请你返回游戏的消息。我们根据语言、时区、近期活跃情况和通知设置安排发送，并通过投递和打开事件了解这些提醒的效果。你可以在应用的“设置”和 iOS 系统设置中管理通知；拒绝通知不影响游戏。
4. 信息共享与服务提供商

当前应用已启用使用分析和崩溃报告；通知授权仅控制通知，不控制分析数据的收集。广告同意选择不会关闭应用独立的分析、崩溃报告或通知服务。
5. 数据保留与账号删除
你可以选择“设置 → 删除账号”。该操作会停用当前账号、停止向该账号发送推送通知，并重置本地保存的玩家数据。停用后的账号不能继续使用；重新开始时会创建新的匿名玩家账号。
该操作不会自动清除服务端的全部记录。账号与设备关联、游戏和收藏记录、勋章、锦标赛记录、购买记录、广告及激励广告奖励发放记录，以及此前收集的使用与诊断信息仍可能保留。当前账号删除流程未为这些保留记录设置自动清除期限。如对保留的信息有疑问或相关请求，请通过下方联系方式联系我们。
6. 未成年人、安全与你的选择
我们不会故意收集未成年人不必要的个人信息。我们使用合理措施保护信息。你可以修改昵称和头像，在设置中控制通知、声音与触感，或删除账号。
在提供广告隐私入口的地区，你可以通过“设置 → 广告隐私选项”查看或更改广告同意选择。
